Yandere Chan's real name is Ayano Aishi. Aishi is the canon last name for her but Ayano is a placeholder till the final game. Yandere dev wanted Yandere chan's name to have the word "yan" in it. Yandere chan's name might be Ayano, Ayane, or Ayana but Yandere dev is going towards to Ayano since its a common name.
