Her Golden Heart

Karma's POV

I had caught Teri, there was poison on the arrow tip. It felt like she was heating up. I growled at my sister and pulled Teri close to my chest.

"What the hell have you done?!" I screamed at her. She only laughed at me. I felt my hands roll into fists. I got up and tried to punch her. Though she grabbed my fist, bending it back and throwing me against the wall. I coughed up blood.

"Brother... You seriously love her? What about me? You never showed me respect, you never showed you cared for me... But her?! You care for her?! I'm sick of you Karma, make up your mind already! First it's Lilliana, now it's Teri?!" She screamed at me... I remember Lilliana, with her black hair and her smile... God damn that smile... She was the first person to ever realize that I was there as a child. But then Pandora killed her, and collected her soul. I still wonder where she is...

Pandora started to laugh evilly. I looked up to her, puzzled. It was like playing chess with her, you never know her next move, yet she's always on top of my move. 

"Let's play a game brother." She then teleported us to a different room. Where I saw Teri's hands being held up by a chain, cutting into her wrists. Then Lilliana, struggling in a chair trying to get the chains off. I looked at Teri and saw her eyes flutter open, she then looked over at Lilliana.

"Lilli?" Teri called out to her, Lilliana looked at Teri and smiled. Then there were cracks in the floor. They were separating me from them. Their parts started to go down as if they were going to be submerged in lava but stopped.

"Do you like the game brother?" Pandora called out to me. I growled as I started to go forward but was stopped by a field surrounding me. I pounded on it.

"Let me out Pandora!" I screamed at her, she only laughed at me. Two levers appeared in front of me, one pointing towards Teri, the other at Lilliana.

"Let's see how you do, choose whoever lives and bring them to the overworld with you. Let the other one fall and they hit the lava. Giving me their soul. Choose wisely brother, choose wisely..." Pandora said, maniacally laughing. I grimaced at her laughter, I looked and saw an hourglass, the sand pouring from it signaling how much time I had. Which wasn't too long. I didn't know what to do. It's been forever since I've seen Lilliana, she loves me and I love her as well... But then Teri, she trapped me, and I fell for her trap. I growled at the feelings, the conflicted feelings I had. 

"I guess I'll be having two souls then." Pandora grinned at me. Time was almost out. I reached out towards the glass and accidentally pushed a lever. Meaning that I had freed Lilliana. My eyes widened at what I had done, I saw Lilliana get released as I did as well. She ran over to me and hugged me. I looked over at Teri, her eyes puffy red from tears rolling down her face. She screamed out in pain. Gold started to spread on her skin. My eyes widened. 

"Oh crap..." Was all I heard Pandora say until a bright golden light blocked my image.

Teri's POV

I screamed out in pain, I thought Karma loved me. But he loves Lilliana more... I broke free from the chains that turned to dust. I still screamed out as my skin turned golden-like, my hair gaining a black streak from it. My right eye turned black, while my other eye turned white. I landed on the ground, grabbing the chain. It turned into a sword in my hand. I ran, and stabbed Pandora in the stomach in it. I wasn't in control of myself, no she was taking over... God dammit I need to stop, I can't let her win I just can't let her! Blood was seeping from my mouth now, dripping onto the ground. All I could feel was pain. Pain from heartbreak, pain from her, pain from the spikes stabbing into my skin. Filling me with poison. Darkness running through my veins causing torture and mayhem to myself. Filling me with a lust to kill...
