"Jordan!"
"Jordan!"
"Jordan, you dick, where are you?!"
Bennett and I look at Declan with wide eyes. He shrugs. "Jordan is a dick."
I sigh. "What if Naomi got him first?"
"Then he can rest in peace." Bennett frowns. "Declan, you have to give Naomi her phone back."
Declan groans. "But, Benny, I-"
"Only Blair can call me that," Bennett says.
"Ugh, I can't believe you're forcing me to risk my life for Jordan," Declan groans again.
I squeal. "So you'll give Naomi her phone back?"
"My what?"
We all let out girly screams and spin around to see Naomi standing with her arms crossed. She looks furious.
"Declan had my phone this entire time?" she asks in disbelief.
"Y-Yeah," I stutter.
She narrows her eyes at me and Bennett. "And you guys knew?"
Bennett and I nod simultaneously, taking a few steps back.
She pinches the bridge of her nose and exhales in frustration. "I'll deal with you two later. Declan, you better run."
Declan curses and starts running. I watch in amusement as Naomi speeds after him. Bennett pokes my shoulder, getting my attention again.
"I have a way of finding Jordan," he tells me. "Me and the other three have an app where we can track each other and-"
I shriek. "MY BOYFRIEND STALKS HIS FRIENDS!"
Bennett groans when people start shooting him weird looks. "Seriously, Blair? You're killing my reputation!"
I giggle. "I LOVE YOU, BENNY!" I shout.
He chuckles and shouts back, "I LOVE YOU MORE, BLAIRY!"
"Ow, my ears," someone whimpers from inside the trash can.
Bennett and I share a look.
"Jordan," we say in unison. We hear him sigh and get out of the trash can, knocking it over in the process.
He smiles sheepishly at us. "Oops."

"It ain't my fault you came looking like that, you just made me trip fall and land on your lap," I sing loudly as I dance around my bedroom. The song Ain't My Fault by Zara Larsson is my new jam for the week. Next week it'll be the song Alarm by Anne-Marie.
I turn the radio down when my phone rings. I look at the caller ID, and it says Naomi, so I answer it.
"Hey, gal," I say. "What's up?"
"It-It's Bennett," she says.
My face pales. "What about him?"
"He's in the hospital. He was hit by a car. And he-he's not waking up."

I run pass the front desk and straight to the room that Naomi told me to go to.
Fuck security. I have no time to sign it. My bae is possibly dead!
No, Blair.
Don't think like that. Bennett's not dead. He can't be. He's a fighter.
Right?
My heart is beating so fast that I'm surprised it hasn't exploded yet as I frantically press the elevator button. Just as the doors open, my phone buzzes with a text. I sigh and take it out to read the message, but then the doors close.
"Seriously?!" I scream, pressing the button again, but nothing happens. My eyes widen.
Holy cheese puffs. I'm stuck in an elevator.
Then my phone rings.
"Blair?" It's Naomi.
"Hey, gal," I say, leaning against the wall to hold myself up. "Listen, I'm sorry I-"
She cuts me off. "Don't worry about it. Didn't you get Jordan's text? This was all a prank. Bennett's healthy and safe. You can go home now."
I giggle awkwardly. "But, Naomi-"
Once again, she doesn't let me finish as she says, "Blair, stop stressing yourself. We're not mad at you or anything that you didn't show up. Bennett is just-"
"I'm stuck in the elevator!" I scream.
I hear her gasp. "Do you mean there's, like, a lot of people in there and you're stuck? Or do you mean it just stopped moving?"
I sigh. "It just stopped moving."
"Omg, Blair, stay calm. We'll get you out of there. Bennett would be so happy that you didn't just stay home. But he'll be so worried that you're trapped. I don't know. Blair? Are you panicking? No? Ok, good. I'm calm. Why would I be panicking? I have to stay calm. But I'm just so worried! What would you even eat? What if you die in there? Is there even any oxygen? Blair!"
I smirk. "Naomi?"
"Yeah?"
"Stay calm."
She chuckles. "Sorry."
"It's okay," I tell her. "But can you hurry up and get me out of here? I'm hungry."
"Hi, hungry. Nice to meet you. I'm Naomi."
"Naomi!" I snap. "Get me out of here!"
She laughs. "Okay, okay. Just keep your tits calm, girlfriend."
"Hurry," I say through gritted teeth, hanging up before she can reply.
She better get me out of here fast. I have to pee.
