"we leave next month." he tells me and runs his fingers through my long hair. i nod and close my eyes.
"you know i don't have to leave." he says. i shake my head immediately.
"no no. don't miss this chance, matty. i'm too proud of you for you to throw it away." i tell him, pulling away and looking into his eyes. he smiles and places a kiss on my lips.
