Animal I Have Become: 3 Days Grace
I can't escape this hell
So many times I've tried
But I'm still caged inside
Alcor sits in the hidden cave, thoughts of what he did crept into his mind.
Somebody get me through this nightmare
I can't control myself
He couldn't stop himself from remembering. The thoughts of how happy he was about his chaos.
So what if you can see the darkest side of me?
No one would ever change this animal I have become
He was a monster.
And help me believe it's not the real me
Somebody help me tame this animal
He was a killer.

So many times I've lied

He tried to tell himself everything was ok, but it wasn't. He was lying to himself when he thought this.
But there's still rage inside

He can still feel his new powers begging to be released, to release them on someone or something.

The image of Mabel's dead body flashes before his eyes. Tears start to form from his one good eye.

To clear up any confusion, these are Alcor's thoughts while in the cave while we, his family, were searching for him.
Bill: He should know that none of this was his fault.
But how could he? When we find him, we don't even know what will happen.
Bill: I guess. But we'll help him understand the whole story.
