A shroud of false safety falls upon man

Those up above notice not our meek lives

A flip of a switch and so doomsday began

Darkness encompasses, cuts us like knives

A heat like the sun tenfold in the west

A fireball grand, its unholy light

Then silence befalls, destroying our nest,

Clouds circle above, a grim ghostly night
