Under the chapter titled "Details", scroll down until you see "Forms". There are instructions on where to comment your application. If you meant you have used the cover from that graphic shop and wish to change again, yes you may. :) However, please ensure that you have used that cover long enough, as stated by the person you requested a graphic form. I want to respect their rules. ^^
