Narrator's pov.

The sun raised, it brings light and warm breeze. You walked down yourself at the park, the smiles of every children and citizens makes you in a good mood. A deep sigh escape to your lips.

Y/n look around as she walk and accidentally bump into someone, fall on your butt.

"Ouch..." She groaned and looked up as your e/c eyes meet a emerald green one.

"Oh no! I'm really sorry... H-here." the blue hedgehog said and reach out a hand for you.

"N-no it's OK, it's my fault I didn't look where a I was going.. " she smiled sheeply but gently took his hand as he pull her up on her feet "Thanks"

"No problem! oh and by the way, I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog!! And you are?" He said with a cocky smile but friendly one.

" I'm Y/N, Y/N the F/A" she replied, smiling back.

"Nice name you have" Sonic said with his normal tone kinda feel embarrassed of what he'd said, she seems surprised. "O-oh Thank you, i-i'll take that as a compliment."

"Hehe. But its true." he kindly rub the back of his head. "Erm.. Hehe." She laugh nervously then something came up on your mind. "You.. Seems familiar to me."

"I do? Well.. No doubt about it. People knows me a lot." He bring his both hand resting on the back of his head.
"Because i help others even rescue them, i'm just doing what is right."

"Now i remembered! You're the one who kick Eggman's butt!" (Maybe not just in the butt-)

"uh.. Yeah."

"Cool! I've watched news until i figured that you'd always beat him."

"Hehehe" he nervously laugh and a bit sweat drop.

Both of you talk and laugh as you guys walk together. Sonic felt that you are fun to hang out with. Now everything is getting better as Y/n & Sonic was so close now after getting to know each others. He even help you and saved you some of the days. Until one day you've met the gang, they're kind and friendly. She even play games and spend more time with them.

A Few months later, Sonic starts to acting weird whenever you were around.

Sonic's pov

'What kind of feeling is this..? All this years i've never been so weird and keeping my distant into someone but to y/n.. Only her make me feel this way... Why? Is this they'd called.. love?'

I looked at her as she laughs with a the others. Her smiles.. even her attitude attracted me. Then i felt a warm temperature on my cheeks.. Oh god am i...-

"Sonic?" Tails cut of my thoughts, thanks buddy. I turned to him

"Y-yeah?" I hope he didn't noticed

"Are you sick?" He aske, concerned. "U-uhm.. n-no! I'm fine!" I defensed.
"You sure? and.. I saw you staring at y/n, y'know its bad to stare like that to woman." then his eyes wide open a bit. "..or maybe..." Oh shoot! What should i do!? If i tell him maybe he gonna tell her no.. He can't do that i trusted this guy but i can't lie to him either.

"Sonic.. Are you.. I mean you'd like her?"

"U-uh... " i took a deep breath. "Yes" i turn my head down but i caught him smile. "You must tell her." With that he left me for awhile, giving me some time to think. Is now or never Sonic.

Y/n's pov.

I feel worried to Sonic in a past few days until now, he acting like his unusual self. Today, he left a sticky note on the door of my house

'Meet me at the park, i have something i need to tell you & i need you to know personally.-Sonic'

Now here i am, walking alone, heading to the park. As i arrived i found him sitting beside the fountain and approach him.

"Hey."

He looked up. "Hey." I sat down next to him. "So... You said you have something to tell me." I started, out of my guard i felt his warm hand against mine.

"Sonic?" I look at him and he looked back. "Y/n... I.. I know we've been so close in a month now, our friendship is getting better but i really don't want to ruin that, because something growing inside my heart and i realized i've been falling for you.. i like you.. No.. I love you." He said in a serious way.

I was so speechless. Am i dreaming? I can't believe someone like him falls for me. But to be honest i felt the same way. Without any hesitation, i crash my lips into his. It was soft and passionate. I feel he'd kissed back. I pulled back

"..i love you too"
