A calming tone surrounds the small room and despite the calming tone that could lull you to sleep, it bothers Koushi a lot that he frowned in his slumber.

He grumbles as his hands straining to reach something on the night stand. He then takes hold of his phone and looks over it with one of his eyes open.

He couldn't see much as his vision is blurred.

"What?!" Koushi shouts in fear all of a sudden.

"How many times have I let it snooze already― Shit!"

Koushi curses under his breath as his legs  strides in panic toward the bathroom.

Koushi steps downstairs as both of his foot moves fast with loud noise, earning a nag from his mother.

"Where is your manner, Koushi?!" Her mother yells from the kitchen.

"Sorry, but I'm late today― I have to skip breakfast today so I hope you don't mind!" Koushi says fast with a trace of panic in his voice as his hands shakily tie his shoelace.

"But, sweetie!"

"I'm going now!"

He successfully finished tying his shoelace before quickly making his way toward the school.

He goss as fast as he could and he can feel that he is slowly becoming out of breath. He slows down his pace and eventually stops, bending down his body as his hands rests against his knees.

"Koushi!"

He turns around when he heard his name being shouted and it was Sawamura catching up on him.

"You're late too?" He says between his pant.

"What do you mean? It's still early and I saw you were running like a maniac so I tried to catch up with you," Sawamura says while breathing heavily as well.

"What?!" Koushi shouts as his eyes turns wide.

Sawamura was laughing along the way, couldn't control his boisterous laughter as his head dropped back.

"How clumsy can you be?" He says while trying to stifle his laughter.

"Shut up! I didn't get a good night's rest yesterday," Koushi whines and looks away in displeased.

"Aw! I'm sorry, Koushi," Sawamura playfully teases by mentioning his first name before walking faster than Koushi who stunned by the act.

"Hey!"

Their journey comes to an end when they arrived at the school in time. Everyone was already rushing toward the school board to determine which class they are in.

Koushi was nervous.

It was a small matter, yet, he couldn't help but to feel scared. His eyes wander on the list. He gets panic when he couldn't find his name but he jumps out of surprise when Sawamura takes a hold of his shoulder. He replies the action with a frown toward Sawamura.
