On a cold day towards the end of the year
Around a fire, everyone's gathered near
The faint distant jingles and choir songs
Reverberating in hearts, all night longExcitement and happiness hand in hand
On a reindeer sleigh come to the land
Everyone swept by the celebratory flow
Red and green, festive colours and snow.People queue up, like it's Christmas fair
For the Santa Claus with his cotton hair
On the eve, presents for everyone to trade
Plum cakes and gingerbread men bakedLights up everywhere, twinkling bright,
More blinding than the snow, so white.
No time to ponder over all your debacles
Be ready to witness Christmas miracles.A/N : Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah everyone.
