Draco Malfoy wasn't one to complain about the accommodations at Hoggwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but each morning, as Draco Malfoy lay asleep in bed, dreaming of "Perfect Potter's" expulsion, he had been abruptly awoken by a banging on the window leading into the bottom of the lake. For the past three days, the same mermaid woke Draco with a pound on the glass. Mermaids are violent creatures, and one small misunderstanding can turn into a huge disaster. "I swear, any more of these mermaids, and I'll make sure my father knows about it! I wonder why that mermaid won't stop anyways!?" Oh great! Crabbe thought. Another one of Malfoy's dumb rants. Crabbe just nodded along, as though he were hanging onto Malfoy's every word. It's probably because you threw your old parchment into the lake you idiot. Crabbe thought, annoyed at how silly Malfoy was being.
