Reyna was trying to save everyone, so she went up onto the helicopter instead of Harley, so they think she's dead instead of Harley. Both of their nanite explosives in their necks were deactivated. Everyone thought she was dead, and Rick looked like he was about to cry when Amanda said, "Scarlet Witch and Joker are no longer with us anymore."
