Chapter 9: Learning about Layla Heartfilia?

"Hello Lucy Heartfilia, my beautiful daughter. I have no idea when you will get this letter; all I do know is that you will get it when you enter this realm. You see, I had to lie to you and for that, I am very sorry. I wish I didn't have to tell you that awful thing and you had to live without your mother. I missed/miss you and I wish I could have done something different but it was the only way to save you. Save you from that unholy savage, Asura. By now you've probably met his father, Lord Death, and is younger brother Death the Kid. There is no reason to be afraid of either of them, they are nothing like him. I wouldn't have wanted you to marry Kid if he was trouble. Now, I hope the D.W.M.A isn't giving you much trouble about your powers. You see, your grandmother... she was an awful witch from this realm that went to Magnolia for a Dragon or Dragon Slayer for some unknown scheme. That planned a failed; or rather she gave up when she met your grandfather. He changed her for the better. She went from the sad, destroyed witch to the happy, uplifted mage. Your grandfather knew little to no magic while your grandmother excelled in wizardry with stars and planets. She learned the magic that we use, to blend in so she wouldn't be found out. She only managed three gold keys, which were passed down to me and eventually made it to you, I hope. I didn't hold the powers my mom had other than the one from that world, the Celestial Spirit magic but you were different. You showed signs of being extraordinary, just like your grandmother. I was born in Magnolia, like my father. My parents weren't very rich folks like your father, but we all got by pretty well. I met your father when I was 16 in the most populated park in town. I was just laying in the grass, staring the clouds and daydreaming about my future and he came up to me and we started a conversation. We would meet up at the park with something new to talk about each time and eventually, we fell in love. I was 19 when we got married and a year later we had you. We were all happy until the news about what was going on in Death City. I had to stage me death and then vanish as soon as possible, which is what I did. A letter was sent to you on your birthday once everything was for sure finished but to send the letter your power would be... activated I suppose. If you felt overwhelmed in a certain emotion, happiness, sad, angered, etc., you may have uncontrollably sent out a blast or something. Luckily, since you haven't enhanced your powers it should be be enough to do any real damage. The power is called -"
