You can find Tubbs by leaving food OUTSIDE other then thrifty blitz. (Frisky bitz, Ritzy bitz, Bonito bitz, and deluxe tuna bitz) he will eat all of your food though so you shouldn't put out anything to expensive, I would go with frisky bitz and ritzy bitz. The only thing he won't eat is thrifty bitz so if you want to keep him away from you precious food, put the thrifty bitz outside and precious food inside
