I absolutely ship NaLu because he's always there for her and gets jealous and blushes easily because of her with someone else or gets really pissed off when she's injured. I mean, also the fairy tail opening #21, it shows the people that's mostly on his mind. And Lucy was the first person he thought of. He always wants to be near Lucy and she even thinks Natsu was cute. She said so. Lucy gets used to him in her house though which is really cute. And in the final few episodes of the entire series of Fairy Tail, Lucy was seen thinking of Natsu and anyone she saw with a scarf was Natsu to her. She also lost her clothes, but didn't worry about it when Natsu was actually there. She blusbes around him to you know and when Igneel was teaching Natsu to read and write. He wrote NaLu. Coincidence? Nope! Happy, Virgo, Mira, and even Gray ships it. And if you read into the scene where Lucy almost fell for the fake salamander, Natsu broke the spell, signaling love at first sight for Lucy, since the other girls weren't released from the spell. It's canon already!
