During the Golden Globes, both Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) and Ryan Gosling (LaLa Land) were nominated in the same category. Gosling ended up winning and when the camera shows him walking up the stage,you can see Reynolds, who is sitting next to Andrew Garfield, former Spider-Man, and decides to do this.

I don't know why they kissed, but I'm just gonna guess and say that is was because Ryan told Andrew that if he had lost he had to kiss him. So they did.
