Harry had been gone for a while now. Of course it was not unusual for him to be outside laying in the flower bed trying to listen to the news. Ever since Voldemort's return last year he sits under the window trying to see if the muggle news is mentioning any strange disturbances which leaves me to sit alone in the room we share and read. Not that I mind finally getting some peace and quiet too enjoy a good book but I also miss my brother. Normally were attached at the hip over the summer, so as you can image him not being here is hard for me. I closed my book and began to lie down on my bed. Before i knew it I was drifting of to sleep.

I woke up to shouting coming from down stairs. Not good. I spring out of bed and quickly rush down to the living room. The sight I see before me is bone chilling. Dudley is sitting in a chair looking bloated and Aunt Petunia is fretting over him while Uncle Vernon is yelling at Harry. Then an owl swooped through the window and dropped a letter on the floor. The voice of a woman filled the living room as the letter began to speak. It was a howler.

We have received intelligence that you performed the patronus charm at twenty-three minutes past nine this evening in a Muggle-inhabited area and in the presence of a muggle .
The severity of this breach of the Reasonable Restriction for Underage Sorcery has resulted in your expulsion from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Ministry representatives will be calling at your place of residence shortly to destroy your wand .
