Entry 001

I bought another journal today. It's a really cheesy, cliché thing for me to do. Iris hasn't left me alone about it, in fact; she keeps asking me if my diary is complete. Well, for starters...

This.

Is not.

A.

Diary.

This is a journal. A diary would be stupid; my life is too boring to write a diary about. All I would write about is school and we all know that school is incredibly boring and not worth writing about.

I guess an introduction would be nice. The aliens that find this in year 4992 would probably want to know who they're reading about. My name is Maya Ella Rhodes, I'm fifteen years old, I have blonde hair, I have blue eyes, I live in Los Angeles, and my favorite color is maroon. My favorite food is white chocolate, I love writing, my handwriting is hard to read, and I'm an introvert.

That's all; like I said before, I'm really boring.

Entry 007

I bought yet another journal today; it's old and made of leather, which perfectly matches my aesthetic. Iris thinks it's ugly, but I beg to differ.

Mother bought me one of those chocolate-pen things. I sucked all the chocolate out before I could write anything, though.

I am now writing with the chocolate pen.; although, instead of using the standard chocolate, I am now using melted gold. My dad works with ore; I'm not sure if I said that quite yet. Father would most likely skin me alive if he finds out I'm writing with liquid gold.

Before the gold runs out, I'm going to write on the cover of both this book and my brand new book. I called this one "Das Leben von Maya", which means "Maya's Life", I think-I'm not very good at German; I'm only in German I in school. My German teacher, Mr. Gaskarth, would be very happy to see me putting my small amount of knowledge of the German language I know to good use. I called the second journal, the older one that Iris dislikes, "Die Märchen", which roughly translates to "The Fairytales".

I'm secretly working on a project with "Die Märchen"-the "ä" is quite fun to write; I definitely enjoy putting two dots over an "a". Iris is always over at my desk, peeping over my shoulder to see what I'm writing about. Little does she know, I'm writing a new world.

Entry 051

I met a boy today.

Entry 052

Sorry for not finishing my last entry; I was busy talking to the new boy. I met him while travelling. Yes, it worked with no issues this time.

This new boy is none other than the glorious, handsome Flynn Rider himself. I met him while going to see Rapunzel; I just wanted to go and compare our hair lengths. We met and now we scheduled to meet each other in a small hut in the woods daily. Flynn doesn't realize that he's fictional and he doesn't believe me when I say I am from a completely different world. He thinks I'm crazy.

Speaking of thinking I'm crazy, Iris does too. She told Mother and Father about my constant blabbering about the new dimension I've created and now they've banned me from leaving my room, at least for the time being. Little do they know, I can visit Flynn from even inside my room; with just reading a section, I can travel back to Rapunzel to see him.
