Kiss Me

Chapter One

The war is over. Finally. Everyone in the camp is still celebrating even if it was two months ago. I didn't participate. I like to keep to the shadows, just me and my thoughts.

"Hey. Why are you back here?" a voice says startling me. I turn to look and see the guy that helped me when I was in the infirmary. He was really nice to me. Usually people back away from me being Hades' son. I don't care though I'd rather be alone than with a bunch of people.

"Just taking a walk." I say.

He nods and says, "Aren't you Hades' son?"

I nod and say, "Yeah but mine name's Nico not "Hades' son"."

"Sorry I didn't mean to make you mad. Name's Will. Will Solace." he says extending his hand. I don't take it, I'm not a big fan of physical interaction.

"Well the um..." he says taking his hand back trailing off.

"I got to go." I say and walk into the shadows preparing myself for shadow travel.

"Ok bye." he says before I leave.

I know you may be thinking that was rude. I just am really bad at socializing. Bianca was good at that not me. Bianca. I miss her so much. She would know what to do she always did. I land in the forest next to a big boulder on which I decided to sit on.

I put my head in my hands. Oh Bianca. I wish I could see you one last time.

The wind picks up making my black jacket fall out of my hands. It lands a few feet away and I go after it, but everytime I get closer to it it get farther. Finally I grab it and put it on looking around. I've never been in this part of the forest I should go back to my cabin.

But I'm about to go when a voice that I've longed to hear says, "Nico. I need to talk to you."

I turn around and see Bianca. She's in a white dress with her hair in a ponytail. I can see straight through her and see she's floating. She's a ghost but I smile just from seeing her.

"Long time no see Bianca." I tell her putting my hands in my pockets.

"Yes brother too long. I have missed you so much." she says with a care free smile.

"So dad finally let you see me out of the kindness of his heart." I say sarcastically.

"No. You called me here." she says getting closer to me.

"But I've done that so many times. Why did you only come this once?" I asked confused.

"Because you are in need of advice so I came to help you. What's troubling you brother?"

I sit down with my back on a tree. "I don't know. What was I thinking about before you came?" I close my eyes and concentrate.

Will.

"Will." I say speaking my thoughts.

"Who?" she asks sitting across from.

"I'm pretty sure you know I'm no good at socializing." she nods her head.

"I was talking to this guy and just left because it was really awkward." I say.

"Boy troubles. I have loads of info on that." she says with laugh.
"What? No! I'm not into him, I just got over Percy. It's too soon plus he's probably straight." I say truthfully.

"Ask then." she says.

"I can't just walk up to him and ask if he's gay. Also IM not interested." I say making a point.

"You will." she says. I scoff at that.

"Anything else you want to talk to me about?" I ask her.

"Yes I need you to retrieve a crown." she says with a serious face on.

"Why?"

"The person who wears the crown can raise the dead."
