The bridge crumbles

I walked down the memory Road,

To see a rickety bridge,

The memories flowed

as I carried the past cherished load.

The bridge crumbled

as the memories of the past rumbled

The trees around withered

as the human interaction around me tithered.

The dust laid over the bridge

As my knowledge gathered dust

I saw dried leaves float around the Earth

as my hopes flew away in utter darkness.
