* cough cough *  umm does anyone else want to retire??? oh umm i forgot to mention that from now on it will be individual battle so you may raise your hand based on your own judgement " explained Hayate, Memma got mad " Kabuto why are you leaving " asked / yelled Memma " I'm sorry, Memma but my body is all beat up " explained Kabuto then he left but not before he smirked once again at ' Rasa ' then walked away " I'm sorry Memma and Sasuke, i wish i could play with you more but I'm a spy after all, i just cant reveal my true face here " thought  Kabuto as he left through the door " you're job of gathering information is done " thought ' Rasa ' 

everyone looked behind them then face forward to continued the test, Sasuke started having pain on his left shoulder " ugh.....the waves of pain are becoming more frequent " thought Sasuke as held onto his shoulder " Sasuke-kun, i knew it " thought Sakura as she looked worry " umm now * cough cough * there are no more retiring right??? " asked Hayate for the third time just to make sure " huh?!!! " said Sakura as she looked around " S-Sasuke-kun, you should also quit the preliminary " said Sakura making Naruko and Memma look behind them " you have been strange since that Orochimaru guy attacked us, the mark still hurts right " asked Sakura " what mark " asked Memma " you wouldn't know since you knocked out right when the fight started, remember the weird guy that attacked us he gave Sasuke this weird mark on his neck " explained Naruko making Memma sour because he knocked out early in the fight 

" if you continue " trailed off Sakura as she remembers the words of Orochimaru ' i gave him a going away present, Sasuke-kun will seek me, to seek power ' Sakura was about to raise her hand but Sasuke stopped her " stay out of my business " said Sasuke " Sasuke you don't have to be so stubborn " said Naruko as she folded her arm " yea you bastard!!! stop acting all cool!!! idiot Sakura is worried and " yelled Memma but was cut off by Sasuke " Memma i want to fight you " said Sasuke but the pain came back " ugh " moan Sasuke in pain " i thought so " said Minato " what should we do?? " asked Ibiki " we should remove him from the exam and have an Anbu watch over and protected him " demand Anko as she walked over towards them " he's won't agree that easy * everyone looked towards the voice * since he's from the Uchiha clan after all " said Kakashi, after auguring about Sasuke they agree that they wouldn't tell his parents and that he could stay throughout the exam

Naruto couldn't help but over hear they're conversation " Orochimaru!!!! that snake bastard is here " thought Naruto as he made a fist, Gaara looked over at him " Naru is everything alright " asked Gaara " yea just peachy " said Naruto making Gaara give him a weird look " that bastard just wants him body, he must have given a curse mark but how can i take it out without getting to close to him " thought Naruto " um now * cough cough * now let's begin the preliminary * cough cough * this preliminary will consist of one on one fighting so you will basically fight as if in a real life confrontation " said Hayate making everyone pay attention to him " since we now have 22 entrants, we will conduct 11 matches and * cough cough * umm the winners will advance and to the third test " said Hayate after that an electric scoreboard showed up against the wall " this is an electric scoreboard will show the match-ups for each battle. Now, this is sudden but lets announce the 2 names of the first tight " said Hayate making everyone look up waiting for the name to show up then a few sec passed 

* Sasuke Uchiha vs Yoroi Akado *

everyone was surprise but Sasuke was smirking and so was that Yoroi guy " no way!!! why does Sasuke have to..?? " thought Sakura as she was shocked " now these two entrants come up to the front " said Hayate, all rookie 13 was wishing Sasuke good luck in their thoughts " now, we will start the first match so will everyone except the 2 participants move to the upper level " said Hayate making everyone walk the stairs except for Naruto, Gaara, Kankuro and Temair shunshined
