Chapter 4

Barney POV :

I was sleeping like a Baby and i heard my phone ringing. It was just a text msg from Lilly 'U are cordinally invited at the SLAPSGIVING today at Ted's appartement'. I just went into my sheets , oh no why why did i make that stupid Bet. I got up took a shower, wore my new brown suit with an awesum silk tie. Took a cab and in 10 min i was standing at the door scared of knocking, so i just went in.

'Waddup!'

I saw the house decorated with several stuff mostly with red colour banners of slapsgiving. Marshall had made his famous gouta for Ted before he slaps me. For the energy ofcourse, Lilly was baking in the kitchen. Ted was approaching towards me i knew it, his hand just made his way from my face to my shoulder.

'Hey new suit, for the great no no hmm Legendary day! '

'Very funny schmosby' he was mocking me i knew it'.

Lilly came out from the kitchen with the cookies. 'Guys as the slap bet commissioner i want to tell u that no slaps at the food table and no slaps after sunset'.

We all agreed.

Ted was sitting right besides me, doing everything he can to scare me more, accidently he dropped his juice on my new suit. I got so angry that i slapped him, i was dead believe it or not. 

The next moment we were all starring at Lilly for her decision she was the slap bet commisioner. She had to decide what now.' Barney i give u a choice take 10 slaps now at one time or 5 slaps which can happen at any time for all eternity, ure call'. 

'I take 5 slaps' i was not even finish speaking, i saw lilly turn and Ted was standing behind her. It was so fast she moved Ted came front and slapped me 'Thats one! and its a direct hit maiday maiday'.

Marshall helped me get up from the floor, i went infront of the mirror to see my awesum face but it had Ted fingers on it. A big red mark, oh it did hurt alot.

We all started eating but i was still afraid but as i saw the sun set i felt better. Lilly and Marshall had decided the date they didnt wanted to wait anylonger. They were a couple since 8 years, the date was set for after one month. 

Lilly was deciding her bride maids and she said 'Barney u get Robin'. I was unaware of the fact that this name is gonna change my life in many ways. My reaction to Lilly was 'Is she my type?'.

'Oh definetly hot,drinks alot, sexy but not at all dumb'. 

'Why not dumb' i said with my puppy dog eyes.'Then give her to Ted, ill take turning over to Mosby 'what did u get?'.

'Ugly but dumb Betty'.

'Fine i take Betty' i told Lilly.

I saw Lilly erase Robin's name with mine and she wrote Betty. We spend the rest of the evening deciding the songs and decorations.

Who is Robin ?

Did i just meddled with Fate ?
