It was the next day when Yoongi decided to ask Jimin out on a date and he was just waiting for the right time to ask him. Currently both of them had a lecture going on and Yoongi was determined to find the younger afterwards.

The time went by slowly and Yoongi probably should have been paying attention to what his professor was saying but all he could think about was finally going out on a date with Jimin, and maybe in the future finally calling him his boyfriend, someone that only he could touch and love. 

When his lecture finally ended, Yoongi sprinted out of his seat and ran all the way to the other side of the university where Jimin's lecture was taking place. Meanwhile Jimin was taking his time to pack his things up and leave so by the time Yoongi arrived in the class, the rest of the students had already gone.

Still not noticing the new presence in the room, Jimin continued packing up and the older coughed twice to get his attention.

Jimin quickly turned around and furrowed his eyebrows when he saw Yoongi leaning on the doorframe.

"Uh hi Yoongi, I didn't know there was going to be another lecture here right after mine."

"There isn't actually."

"So what are you doing here?"

"I actually came to ask you something?"

"Oh really? What happened?"

"Yeah, well you see uh-" Yoongi scratched the back of his neck nervously. Why was he being nervous, he's usually so confident in front of Jimin. Come on Yoongi out with it!

"I was wondering if you wanted to go out on a date with me next Friday?"

Jimin's eyes widened; Yoongi wanted to go on a date with him? 

"I'm sorry I think I misheard you."

"No you heard me correctly, I want to go on a date with you." Yoongi started to move closer to the younger, slowly closing the distance between the two until Jimin could feel Yoongi's puffs of breathe, the close proximity making a slight blush grace Jimin's cheeks.

"W-why me?"

"Cause you're the one who caught my eye."

Jimin blushed once again and couldn't help but look away from the older, looking down at his feet instead and playing with the ends of his cardigan.

"So what is the answer princess?" Yoongi said, lifting up his arm to lean against the wall while still looking at Jimin the whole time.

"Y-yes."

"Yes what?"

"Y-yes I'll go on a date with you."

Yoongi smirked and leaned down until his lips were brushing against the tip of Jimin's ear, causing Jimin to shiver once the older started to talk.

"I'll come pick you up tomorrow at 7, princess." 

And with that Yoongi grabbed his bag which he had left carelessly on the ground and walked out the door.

You guys deserved a chapter for all the support you've been giving this book recently, this was going to be written and put up way sooner but I got sick last weekend and I literally couldn't move a muscle, the good part is that I missed two lab exercises and my teacher said I can the short lab report and skip the other one since they're not really important c:  

I'm really excited to make them boyfriends fast so Yoongi can finally be more touchy but I don't want to make this story full of smut... yet. jk, jk...maybe

Would you guys like to see either a Yoonmin or Vkook (or any other ship really) with either Taehyung or Jimin as a mermaid? I'd still write it either way so... yeah.

I'll see what I can do, exams are coming up so I don't have a lot of time to write at the moment.
