The bible app, The Holy Bible gives great insights about the word. It's what I use to help me understand the scripture better; as it is set up in ways where it feels less burdensome to read the bible.
On one of my plans, I was encouraged by the devotional session one day. It read;

"The Road of Discipleship

Galatians 1:11-17

After Paul's conversion, he disappeared into the desert for three years, during which time the Holy Spirit instructed him in the ways of God. He emerged, ready to communicate divine truth.

The Lord speaks to believers so that they will comprehend the truth, conform to the truth, and communicate the truth. These same steps form a roadmap to discipleship. What happened during Paul's desert years was only the beginning of a life-long process--God renewed his mind and transformed him into the image of Christ. For the apostle, that change began with connecting his rich biblical knowledge to the revelation that Jesus Christ was the Son of God.

Paul knew Scripture thoroughly, but the truth that Jesus was the promised Messiah made him reconsider the foundation he'd been trusting. Everything he knew about God had to be reevaluated in light of this new information. Paul had a history of wanting to please God, so the Holy Spirit no doubt found him a willing pupil.

The apostle's spirit had to be shaped according to the Father's will. And the Lord kept working on him long after Paul left the desert and began his ministry. Every person who reads his letters is a witness to the work of God in a submissive man.

The Lord's discipleship roadmap looks similar for every believer. Like Paul, you are the Holy Spirit's student, and the knowledge you reap from Scripture should be changing your life. Be like the apostle in this way to become a disciple maker by sharing what you learn with others."

Often times I feel discouraged because I kept doing something wrong. Or down because I feel lost.

But its a learning process.

Once you are willing to obey, the Holy Spirit will teach you all you need to learn. Making mistakes is apart of learning, getting a different perspective on a scripture is a part of it too, and so is failing.
So I encourage you as this devotion session has encouraged me; be obedient and willing so that the Holy Spirit may be free to work through you too.

"God deals with impossibilities"

This was another topic on a low day from my bible app. Although I was no longer a cripple, I was still limited. I still couldn't much and I lived on medications. I wanted to do something other than stay home. My thoughts would drive me insane and depression was inevitable.

The feeling if helplessness returned. I wasn't fulfilling anything. But one day I read as follows:

" Believe ye that I am able to do this? (Matt. 9:28).

God deals with impossibilities. It is never too late for Him to do so, when the impossible is brought to Him, in full faith, by the one in whose life and circumstances the impossible must be accomplished if God is to be glorified. If in our own life there have been rebellion, unbelief, sin, and disaster, it is never too late for God to deal triumphantly with these tragic facts if brought to Him in full surrender and trust.

It has often been said, and with truth, that Christianity is the only religion that can deal with man's past. God can "restore the years that the locust hath eaten" (Joel 2:25); and He will do this when we put the whole situation and ourselves unreservedly and  believingly into His hands. Not because of what we are but because of what He is. God forgives and heals and restores. He is "the God of all grace." Let us praise Him and trust Him.
--Sunday School Times

"Nothing is too hard for Jesus
No man can work like Him."

We have a God who delights in impossibilities and who asks, "Is anything too hard for me?"
--Andrew Murray

Is anything too hard for God? That is the question. God must be glorified in the end. So put your impossible problem before God with utmost faith that it is pretty easy for Him to deal with.
