Shannon's P.O.V•
After Hotel Transylvania ended, Sarah insisted on putting the sequel on.

"Sarah, no! We can't just watch movies all day!" Brendon laughed.

"Okay, fine." Sarah said.

"I met someone who seemed pretty cool at McDonalds named Cecelia." I said.

"That's nice. Maybe she'll go be at school." Brendon said.

"She is, she told me." I replied.

"Wanna go swimming in the indoor pool?" Sarah asked.

"Sure." Brendon and I replied.

"I don't have any swimsuits" I said.

"You can wear one of my swimsuits." Sarah said.

We changed into swimsuits and went into the room where the pool was.

"Is the water cold?" I asked.

"I don't know. You tell me!" Brendon exclaimed.

I screamed as he shoved me into the pool.

Brendon and Sarah bursted out laughing.

"IT'S FREEZING!" I screamed.

Brendon and Sarah got into the pool.

"Let's play Marco Polo!" Brendon exclaimed.

(A/N: funny story: once I was playing Marco Polo at a public pool with my cousin and I accidentally tapped a random boy😂)

"Brendon, grow up." Sarah laughed.

Brendon splashed her.

"Ah!" she shrieked.

We all laughed.
timeskip to midnight•
"Shannon, I think we should get to bed now." Sarah yawned.

"Want us to tuck you in?" Brendon teased.

"Actually, yes." I said.

We walked up the stairs to my room.

I climbed up the ladder to my bed, and Sarah turned out the lights.

I turned off the fairy lights around my ladder.

Brendon left the room because his phone rang.

Sarah carefully climbed up the ladder, and planted a kiss on my forehead.

As she climbed down, she whispered, "Goodnight Shannon. I love you."

"I love you too." I whispered, and soon I was out cold.
timeskip to the next week•
It was finally the day that I had to go to school.

I had already gotten dressed, eaten my breakfast, and brushed my hair and teeth.

We pulled up in front of the school.

"I'm really scared." I said.

"It'll be fine." Sarah said.

We said our goodbyes, and I entered the school.

I walked into the front office.

"Hi, I'm Shannon Harper, or Urie. I'm new here. I'm in ninth grade." I explained to the secretary.

"Okay. Jake here will show you around to your classes." the woman said, handing me a schedule.

A boy, who I guessed was Jake, waved and said hi.

He walked me to my locker, and told me my combination.

He lead me up a staircase, and to my homeroom class.

"I'll see you around." he said, flashing me his pearly whites before walking away.

I could already tell that he was going to be the boy I was crazed about.

I entered the classroom, and sat down in the only seat that didn't have someone sitting in it.

The girl sitting next to me(the desks were organized in groups of two) was the definition of beauty.

She had the most stunning crystal blue eyes, long, wavy blonde hair, and an award winning smile.

"Hi! I'm Lena. You must be Shannon." she smiled.

"Yeah. I'm new here." I said.

I had found the girl I would be crazed about.

"I saw you with Jake. I dated him before I realized that I liked a girl more than him. That was Cecelia." she said.

"I know her! I met her at McDonald's." I said.

"I dated her for like a year, but then of course Jake wanted me back. Now I'm single. I didn't want to date him again and risk my heart getting broken." Lena said.

After the teacher took attendance, we were dismissed to go to our next class.

Lena and I had figured out that we only had homeroom and Science together, and Science was our last class.

Lena handed me a folded up note, and ran to her next class.

I had a few minutes to stop at my locker before my next class(Math), so I opened the note and read it.

Hey! You seem pretty cool, and I hope we can become friends:) Here's my number: ***-***-***. Text me if you get the chance:)
-Lena

That night, I texted her a quick hey:).

Hey! You're really pretty and nice and I wanted to ask you something. Lena texted back.

Okay! What? I texted back.

Will you be my girlfriend? I know we just met, but I already like you. Lena texted back.
