Chapter 3

I woke up in the nurses office. I don't really remember much, just that I was about get in a fight with Jen.

"How are you feeling Alice?" The nurse gave me a comforting smile.

"I'm okay, what exactly happened?" I said standing up.

"You and Jen got into a fight."

"That's impossible, I didn't even hit her, if anything she hit me."

"She punched you in the stomach then you hit her in the nose and broke it."

"I'm in trouble aren't I?" I started getting worried, this was a new school, I really didn't need to worry about this.

"More than likely, the principle wants to talk to you right after you leave here, which you're free to go down there now, school will be dismissed shortly, down the hall to the right, you'll find the office." She said shoving me out the door.

"Thank you."

I walked down the hall and to the principle's office, I couldn't be in that much trouble, I wasn't the one who made the first punch.

"Aha Ms. Fair, I was waiting for you." The principle was kinda short. I was maybe a inch or two taller than him.

"What am I getting in trouble for? I wasn't the one who hit her first."

"That's not what Jen said. He let out a chuckle, what a jerk.

"That's what happened, well that's what the nurse said."

"All her friends are backing her up on this."

"Of course they are! That little skank probably pays people to be her friends, that little selfish bitch is just jealous cause her boyfriend wants to hangout with me and not her." I was furious. I was mad that nobody believed me.

"Sit down Alice!" He hit his desk, I remained standing up.

"You know what, let me straighten this out right now, go pull that bitch out of class right now!" My face was turning red right now. I wasn't even sorry that I was cussing at a teacher.

"That's not necessary, she's already at home." He gave a sympathetic look.

"Well, good, I'm glad she's suspended." I smile.

"She's not, you are." My mouth drops.

"What the fuck do you mean I'm the one who's suspended? That little bitch deserves it more than I do."

"That little "bitch" Is my daughter"

"So what! That doesn't mean you can bend the rules for your own fucking daughter."

"Look Alice, I already called your mom, you have one week out of school suspension then half a week in school suspension." Great. Just fucking great.

"Whatever, I'll be leaving now." I got up out of my seat grabbed my things, the bell rang before I could leave. Niall seen me in hallway and gave me a look and looked back at the ground and walked away. I had to go pick up my mom.

"Your school called, you're not grounded or anything because I know you wouldn't hit anyone first. Plus I'm good friends with the nurse, she personally called me and told me everything that had went on."

"She's not even suspended." I kept my eyes on the road.

"What?" My mother raised her voice.

"Just because that's his fucking daughter."

"I can't believe this! I'll talk to the school next week when I get off work."

When we arrived home I ran up to my room opened my computer and got on Facebook and Twitter. My phone vibrated. It was Niall.

"Hey I heard what happened. Are we still on for tomorrow?" I read it over and over to make sure I was reading it. Did he really want to still go out to get coffee even after I broke his girlfriends nose?

"You still want to go? I broke your girlfriends nose!" I sent him, I locked my phone and waited for him to reply.

~Hour later~

Finally my phone went off, It was Niall.

"I broke up with her."

"Well, hello to you too. What do you mean you broke up with her?" Was it bad that I kinda laughed at the fact he was single?

"She was too mean to everyone, she was a little bitch. I couldn't ever get away with anything with her because her dad would threaten me to ex-spell me or shit like that."

"Oh." I laid down on my bed. It was nearly 11 at night.

"Yeah, so you're probably gonna go to bed soon but would you like wanna go to a midnight showing at the movie theater?"

"Yeah, sure. I'll just sneak out or leave my mom a note." I got up and looked for something to wear.

"Great, so just text me your address and be there soon! Bye love." I hung up. Texted him and got ready.

*Niall's P.O.V*

I was excited to see her, I needed someone to talk to, I wasn't really sad about dumping Jen. I felt like if I got to know Alice that we could become more than just friends. The movie started soon. I needed to head to her house. Turns out I only lived a block away from her. As soon as I got to her house she came outside in a really gorgeous dress. She looked stunning.

"Hi" she looked really nervous.

"Hello love, you like comedy's right?" I was planning on seeing a really funny movie if she wanted to.

"Of course I do."

"Great."

*Half way through the movie*~~~

She looked really tired and the movie wasn't that great, maybe we could go back to my house.

"Hey babe, would you like to crash at my place?" I asked looking into those hazel eyes.

"I don't know, you gonna try something stupid?" She said with a laugh.

"Of course not."

"Bummer." She winked at me, then we left to go to my place.
