Requested by Mysticalmystery12 whom asked for an eevelotion in it's human form UwU. Fun fact my favorite eevelotion is Vaporeon and Glaceon but I can't decide. Sorry it's not the best but I took an hour to make her and I am not a good at making clothes so...yeah. x-x
