Take me there; don't exactly know where; just any place but here; come on, Lord...take me somewhere

Take me where there is peace; away from disillusions, false beliefs; chaos, confusion, and utter defeat; somewhere in the distance, far beyond my reach

Let's go now - just me and You; all the other places left me lost and confused; the burdens I carry have become enlarged, increasingly huge; take me where I can unload....Lord, be my refuge

Lord, I'm tired, but to turn back now I wouldn't dare; I can feel a life without constant disappointments, relentless despair; so come on, Lord, take me somewhere; I'm right behind You, Father, are we almost there
