Chapter 19: Permission?

ANDY'S POV

I saw Jinxx walk past my room and I stopped him.

"JINXX!" I called.

"Yea?"

"I need to ask you something, come here and shut the door behind you."

"Ummm ok" He said cautiously closing the door behind him and sitting next to me on my bed.

"So whats on your mind Biersack?"

"I've been thinking about this alot and...I wanna buy a house, close by, for Harley and me and.... and I wanna propose to her. D-Do I have you permission?"

"Of course Andy, that sounds like an awesome plan but, just prepare yourself for a no, shes still afraid of love I think."

"I know, I'm tottaly prepared."

"But before you do, I think you should ask her dad, her real dad."

"Yea, wanna go help me pick out a ring and house so I can show him I'm serious?"

"Sure lets go" We got up and headed downstairs.

"ANDY AND I WILL BE BACK IN A COUPLE HOURS" Jinxx called as I grabbed my keys and we headed to my car.

First we went to the local jewlers who I've been looking at rings before because I have thought about this.

"Hey Andy!" They greeted.

"Hey Joe!" I said and walked up to him.

"How does he know you?" Jinxx asked.

"I've come here before."

"Ohhh" Jinxx said right as we approached Joe.

"Hey Andrewwww, whats up?"

"I need a ring to propose to my girlfriend with."

"Let me see her" I pulled out my wallet and showed him the picture I had of her.

"Ohhh shes beautiful"

"Sure is, can ya help?"

"Of course, follow me" He said and lead me to a small case with about 5 rings.

"I think this one would do perfect" He said holding up the best ring I've ever seen.

It had a silver band and had a perfectly clear diamond cut into a perfect heart shape. He moved it around a little and I saw the little sparkle it gave off.

"Perfect! I'll take it!"

"Don't you wanna know how much it is?" Jinxx asked.

"Doesn't matter, Harley deserves the best and THAT is the best. Don't you agree?"

"I tottaly agree."

"Alright, I'll take it" 

"Ok, follow me" He said and led me over to the register. "$5,000" I handed him my card, he swiped it and put the ring in a black, velvet box. He then put it in a bag.

"Thank you" I said taking the bag from him.

"Good luck Andy!"

"Thanks Joe!" I called as we headed to the car.

"Now, house hunting" I said and drove on our street and luckly, right next to our house, was a house for sale I never noticed. I went up to the sign and took the paper. I looked it over and it was perfect, same model as our house now. 3 story, limestone, 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

This is perfect, I'm going to put down a deposit on the house.

(A/N Never bought a house so yea :p)

 After I got from the relator and I had a deposit down on the house I drove to Harley's dads house. Paper and ring in hand. I knocked on the door, nervous as fuck.

He opened it and I almost dropped everything and fled.

"Andy?"

"Hi sir, may I come in, I need to talk to you"

"Sure, is everything alright with Harley?"

"Of course, may I sit?" I asked.

"Of course" He said and took a seat.

I sat down and Jinxx sat behind me.

"Ok, I have put some deep thought into this and... and I would like to, ask for your daughters hand in marriage with your permission."

"I dont kn-"

"Sir, before you make your decision I would like to show you two items."

First I pulled out the paper on the house I had bought.

"I bought this house for us, it is right next to our current house and the same exact model and everything." Then I pulled out the box. "And I bought this, $5,000 ring. I really love Harley, please, give me your permission."

"Wow Andy, of course I give my permission"

"Oh thank you sir, you won't regret this"

"I hope not and I know I won't."

"Ok, well we better getting back, again, thank you"

"No problem, good luck"

"Thanks" I said as I headed towards the car.

"Oh God, I'm shaking" I said once I closed the door. "I still have to figure out how I'm going to acutually propose, thats the hardest part. I still have more thinking to dooooo blehhh" I said as I started to back out of the driveway.

"Well, if you ever need my help, I'm here"

"Thanks Jinxx" I said as I drove down the street.

When I got home I skillfully hid the stuff and headed back down to where everyone was, feeling different then when I left. This is going to be weighing on me for a long long time.
