Explanation
Basically, this story is about a girl who suffered from terrible anxiety, depression, etc.
Her sister, who once took care of her, left her to suffer on her own.
So she created a hallucination,
Or an alternate universe. (?)
It went as far as to,
She herself believed it was reality.
The people at her door,
were bringing her to a mental hospital.
