JACQUEES' POV

"No hitting shouldn't be going on in my house.!" I slowly turned around & seen my momma & ms.laurie standing in the doorway.

"that's right, " she cosigns

"what the hell is going on in here ?" My momma asked

Lia & I ain't say shit.

"oh so y'all wanna play the quiet game now huh?" she says lookin back & forth to us.

Ms. Laurie walked over to the couch to wake Jaden up. "Jaden wake up, Jaden ." she slightly shook him

he finally woke up. "boy u stank did u take a shower this morning ." ms.Laurie says fanning tha air.

"are y'all going to talk or should he." my momma said.

" Jalia u better speak before your daddy get in here." ms . Laurie said to her.

Ugh at this point ion know what to say. One minute we were cool & tha next I turned on her. Damn I'm scared to tell my ma what happen. I unclenched my fist because I know I'm not going to hit her , I would Never do anything like that to her.

"He let that slutty bitch Keshia ruin our friendship & I'm pissed off !!!" Jalia said not giving a care of what she said.

"Jalia u need to calm ur voice down & apologize to Ms. Rosie for speakin like that in her house ." Ms. Laurie's voice was hella strict .

"I'm sorry momma Rosie, but if u were me you'll be aggravated to." she said honestly .

"Que , u let that girl ruin you all friendship?" my mom asked me.

"yea, I honestly don't kno what tha big deal is. A lot of people end friendships , why am I targeted as tha bad guy." I said bluntly  I'm gettin tired of dis, everybody is aiming me as da bad guy.

"Ur right a lot of people break friendships off , but now Jalia's feelings are hurt because of it" my mom said.

Jalia crossed her arms and pouted. she was angry with me, I could see the hurt in her eyes. I actually feel bad for doing this.

"I'm ready to go, come on Jaden, I'll be in tha car." she tapped Jaden and he got up before she could leave.

THA NEXT DAY

Aria's POV

it's been awhile since I talked to Bobby about our feelings.I know our friendship won't be the same. Maybe I'll go over his house and patch things up after i style August again. yeesss I said again, Ms. Dawn called me two days ago & let me know I had tha job. I'm meeting her at a house , I'm thinking it's August house. I got outta my car & walks up to the door. It's very pretty the colored stone matches up with the light tan house. I would've thought that August lived in a gated place. A man in all black opens the door & just stares at me.

"I'm here for Dawn & August." I spoke up.

" wats ur name.?" he asked. He's very buff all around, I'm guessin he's August body guard.

"Aria" I spoke back.

He let me in tha house. It's beautiful , wen I walk in I'm in tha living room, I see the upstairs from where I'm at.

"hey Aria come up here." Ms. Dawn said over the banister. I walked up tha steps & follow her to one of the rooms.

"Thank you for hiring me." I placed my things on the comfy bench that's placed by the door. Were in one of his closets.
