Chapter 1- How Crazy Are You?

My name is Brianna, I recently moved into this house in Coachella. I've noticed people here are kind of, unique.

Tomorrow is my first day of school at CVHS, Coachella Valley High School. It's like midway throw the school year so I'm some what nervous about what might happen tomorrow.

----Tomorrow----

I'm fresh out the shower now time to look good for my first day but not too good we're I look like I'm trying too hard.

As I take off my clothes and begin to change I'm thinking we're the heck are my classes are even going to be at?? I'm going to be so lost today. Ugh I'm starting to get anxiety.

I go to the office to pick up my schedule and walk to first period, I tried asking where my first period is at but they completely just blew me off, at this point all the kids are in there class and the bell is about to ring, I come across this guy and ask him we're it's at, he offered to show me and I accepted. As we walk he says

"Were you from?"

I reply: "Utah"

Him: "Damn that's far. Is it cold there?"

Me: "Freezing"

Him: "Well here's your class, what's your name?"

Me: "Brianna and yourself?"

Him: "My names Johnny"

Me: "Oh, ok well thank you!"

Johnny: "Wait, who are you hanging out with at lunch?"

Me: "Hmm I don't know anybody here so I guess myself"

Johnny: "Meet me right here at lunch."

Me: "Ok, thank you@

Johnny: "Yeah anytime"

I have biology first period so I have kind of whatever about it. Honestly, all I could think about is how much I miss my actual home. I know nobody here, have no friends I'm not even 100% sure why we moved here, we just did. I miss my true home so much, I see all my friends on my snapchat saying how much they miss me. I miss them more.

At lunch I began to walk towards were this Johnny boy had told me to wait and I see him but with a group of his friends, great.

I walk towards him saying hello and all his friends kept on laughing behind him and he says

"Sorry about these dumdasses, there kind of... ummm... dumdasses"

Me: "It's ok haha"

Johnny: "Do you want to hang out with me?"

Me: "Well that sounds better than being in the restroom alone."

Him: "True, shall we go?"

Me: "What about your friends?"

Johnny: "I already told them I'm not going to be with them today."

Me: "Oh, ok."

Johnny: "You're really shy, loosen up a bit."

Me: "I'm shy like this regardless, I always have been"

Johnny: "Wait, you see that girl right there? Staring at us?"

Me: "Yes, why?"

Johnny: "That's my ex, she won't like us being with each other. She talks bad about me even though she cheated on me."

Me: "Hhmmm get a calculator this isn't adding up."

Johnny: "You're funny oh my gosh"

Me: "Thank you, I try"

Johnny: "So, do you see anyone cute so far?"

Me: "Not really, besides this guy in my class. Josh something I'm not sure"

Johnny: "I know exactly who you're talking about. Stay away from him please. He's the worst, I fought him cause he's the one who my ex had cheated on with, if this makes sense."

Me: "I know what you mean, and on a scale of 1-10 he was a 8 and just by you saying that, he's now like a 2."

Johnny: "Damn you're really funny I like you"

Me: "Thank you.
Oh my gosh why is Josh walking towards us what do we do. No what do I do Johnny what the he-"

Josh: "Hey, Brisa right?"

Me: "No, Brianna."

Johnny: "Bro kick back"

Josh: "Don't call me that shit you ain't my blood"

Johnny: "Shut the fuck up fuck boy I'm happy i'm not"

Me: "Why are you guys fighting. Over a girl? You guys are seriously fighting over a girl. She's the problem not you guys, you two would actually get a long very well just stop arguing!"

-Josh walks away-

Johnny: "You know how you said we would get along?"

Me: "Yes, why?"

Johnny: "He was my best friend, since like third grade and then he fucked my girl"

Me: "I'm so sorry"

At this point I didn't even know what to do, who knew so much can happen on your first day at a new school, I see these movies where they sit in like the toilet but never have I seen anyone be involved in this much drama. How did I get dragged into all this? What does this even have to do with me? Why me? Find out in the next chapter.
