Thranduils head-cannon-  Explained

*Spoilers*

Basicly, thranduils father died in the great war before his son- Thrandy reached Mirkwood forest, after running from Greenwood before it was destroyed, he was raised by the maids with his close friend and advisor Dijian, as he grew though the lack of his childhood he grew cold and cunning, he met Scarlet and he changed for the better she brought out a good side in him, soon they had Legolas, he was overly protective of his son and was determand that his child would have a childhood, Smaug attacked the kingdom and gave him his scar, luckly the dragon decieded he did not want to bother himself to fight the elves and gave up, waiting his easer pray- The dwarves. Scarlet died later on from a possession from sauron, 100 + years passed and thats where the story leaves off...

This whole storys premace is to explain how Thranduil became- rather, acted  so cold and heartless, how he was transformed from this once loving and kind elf to this cold and cunning elf who would kill to project himself and his family. Everything is explained, in my own way in this story. I hope you enjoy~

Fareho was added for the sake of the plot, dont get me wrong. 

A word about Scarlet~

She is indeed an elf, but was not raised the way the rest of her kin were so she has diffrent customs and behavor, shes more 'unruley' most elves would not like her for this reason because shes, well diffrent. But, Fareho is interested and intreaged by this strange girl and her ways so he joins her on her quest with her father, of course being raised out in the... forest she really has had little to no interation with other living beings besides forest creatures and her father. So she doesn't understand the concept of 'love' or 'crushing' on someone, so when he starts hitting on her shes just like;

Wut?

A word about Gandalf~

I know what your thinking. Oh god, another fan fiction about a girl who gets adopted by a wizard and joins the fellowship. 

Nope. She dont join no fellowship. 

She was adopted by gandalf, because yeah. Got a problem? 

Hes a nice old man and hes not goign to leave this little girl in the forest by herself. Hate if you want. I dont care. xD
