My Perfect Boyfriend

Chapter 3

The next morning I entered the classroom, saw Chanyeol and Baekhyun both waving to me. I sat down in between them awkwardly because of what happened yesterday.

"Why aren't you talking?" Baekhyun said.

"Are you still angry? We're just playing around." Chanyeol said.

"Nah. I'm not that petty." I said. I bit my lips and hesitated for awhile before continuing, "Sorry for yesterday. I didn't mean to- "

"What? I don't remember anything." He said and smiled brightly. I sighed out of relief.

Its only the 2nd day of school but the 3 of us got pretty close. I'm kinda closer to Baekhyun for some reason. I was pretty disappointed that our dinner didn't happened yesterday so I asked them today.

"Uhh. We're really sorry we can't. We have a basketball match today." Chanyeol said.

"Basketball?! I'm a basketballer too!" I shouted excitedly and everyone look at me.

"Really?! Are you gonna join the school team?" Chanyeol said.

"Is there a school team in this school too? Omg I'm so gonna join!" I said

"Then do you wanna come and watch us later?" Baekhyun said.

"Can I? I would love to!" I said.

After school, they went to prepare for their match and I went to the indoor sports hall. I walk in and saw my sister sitting there. I ran over to her excitedly.

"Where are you here?!" I shouted and sat down beside her. She gave me a shocked look and asked me the same question.

"Uhhh Baekhyun and Chanyeol asked me if I want to watch their match. You?" I said.

"I said I play basketball too so Baekhyun asked me to come." She said. I felt slightly unhappy about the fact that Baekhyun asked her to come.

After the match start, I was totally focusing on the match. Chanyeol and Baekhyun's team won the match and I literally jumped up from my seat, cheered for them and they waved to me. Okay maybe not to me only, my sister too.

The next day, my sister and I went to look for the coach to ask if we can join the school team for girls. He gave us a trial and we got in successfully. I went back to the class with a big smile on my face.

"What happened? You look happy." Chanyeol asked.

"Guess what?? I got in the school team! The coach was really impressed by both me and my sister!" I said excitedly.

"Your sister got in too?" Baekhyun said with a big smile. I hate it that he's getting excited about that fact that my sister got in too.

I was quiet the whole time until Chanyeol asked me what happened. I told him everything's fine but he gave me that 'are you sure' look without further asking.

During lunch, we ate together and Baekhyun was asking about my sister the whole time. I totally lost my appetite and I kinda got annoyed.

"I've finished. I'll go back to class first."

"You only ate like 1/8 of it. What's wrong?" Baekhyun asked. I felt slightly happy that he actually cared to ask.

"Nothing." I said and returned my plates before going back to the class alone.

They came back shortly after and kept asking me if I'm feeling sick or something. This is the first time someone actually cared about me. And it's making my heart feel so warm.

"Alright class! Next week, everyone have to present about a topic. 2 person in a group." Our teacher said and everyone start discussing who to partner with already. I was kinda confused because I have no idea who to partner with.

"Let's do it together!" Baekhyun said. I look at Chanyeol because if I do it with Baekhyun, Chanyeol will be alone.

"Its alright. I'll just find someone else." He assured me with a smile and walk away to find a partner.

Baekhyun and I decided to meet up over the weekends to do our project together. Before I head out to meet him, I spend so much time on my outfit.

"Where are you going?" My sister asked.

"I'm going to meet Baekhyun to do our project together." I said and smiled unknowingly.

"Baekhyun? Aishh that idiot didn't tell me anything." She said. The way she said it sound like they're very close with each other already. They probably still contact each other after that dinner. My smile immediately disappeared when I thought of them being close.

I arrived in the library and saw him already there, sleeping. I sat down infront of him and put my head on the table as well, admiring his pretty features.

"So handsome.." I whispered.

"What the hell? Eunhyun, what are you even thinking?" I thought and slap my head lightly.

"Oh you're here" he suddenly opened his eyes and I got shocked because our face are really close and he'e looking right into my eyes.

"Y-yeah. I-I didn't wanna wake you up seeing you sleeping soundly." I tried so hard to not show my awkwardness.
