Chapter 5

Melissa's POV

I couldn't help but smile to myself as I heard that I was going to take over the alpha title, I knew the Connor was hating the fact he had to step down as alpha until he proved himself to be worthy of the alpha title. Along with getting a 100 whips in front of the pack from one of the council men, it is said that all those who go against the council and they say will face the king so right now Connor knew we had him by the balls. I myself knew that if I hadn't of said anything about him being whipped, then all they would of done is made him stand down. I wanted Connor to feel the pain I felt three years ago even if it's not breaking any bones, it's still causing him pain in some way or other.

After Connor had walked out his office, the council and myself made some plans on how the pack will be taken care of. While Connor is still allowed to stay here with the pack it will be myself running the pack and training them. Connor will be watched by the council men, who will make sure he is completing all tasks that I set for him.

I guess my revenge and justice for Connor is in action, all that needs to be done now for the council to call a pack meeting and have them watch what happens to people who do wrong to their own kind. I was pleased with the out come of what Connor was going to go through but I also knew it wouldn't be enough. Pulling myself together I make my way out the office in search of a spare room to stay in more so my old room.

Walking up the stairs to the alphas floor, where my family used to stay when we was at the pack house. I noticed that this floor had stayed the same. Nothing had changed even the sign on the bedroom door I once stayed in, my name hung on the door along with my keep out sign. As I open the door to enter I felt like someone was watching me, pushing the feelings aside I enter into what used to be my room.

As I open the door I see that my room as not been touched since I left three years ago, as I walk round the room memories come flashing back. The times when the people I thought was my friends would all gather here and watch movies or study together, the days when my brother would come wake me up by hitting me with a pillow or throwing water over me. The times I would hide myself away from everyone just so I wouldn't be beaten, it was all to much but I had to hold myself together. I had to stay true to myself and carry out the rest of my revenge as just having Connor step down and been whipped just wasn't enough for me. My wolf and I was out for much more than what has been said.

"What are you doing in here" almost jumping out my skin I turn to come face to face with Connor himself, standing in the door way with his arms crossed ace his chest. I swear I could get lost in his eyes all day long.

"I thought i would make myself at home, I will be staying in this room" I knew he wouldn't like it as he doesn't know who I am but I didn't care way I saw it this was my room and my alone.

"No one is allowed in this room, you will not be staying in here" now he is starting to piss me off. I walk towards him so I am near in his face, I knew this would piss him off more but who cares.

"You are not my alpha, you have step down for now, I will stay in here weather or not you or anyone else likes it. Now if you excuse me I have things to do." I turn to walk away but before I could Connor grabs ahold of my arm making me stop in my tracks. What shocked me the most was where his hand was I felt the sparks and tingles, this sent my wolf jumping for joy, chanting only one word which I truly didn't want to hear.

"Mate" was the o my word the left Connors mouth, I couldn't help but pull my arm our of his hold that he had on my arm.

"I am not your mate, I will never be your mate, now get out" I say with gritted teeth hating that the moon goddess paired us as mates. I will not let this come between my revenge.

"Mine, don't you ever think you are not mine because from this day on you are all mine" with that he forcefully brings his hands to my face and slams his lips to my own, stealing my first kiss. Pushing him of me with all my strength, I end up slapping him across the face making him angry but I couldn't care less he over stepped the mark on this one.

"Get out of this room and don't come anywhere near me again do I make myself clear. I will be the alpha female around here, while you are proving worthy of your title. Now get out" I could see he was fight with his wolf for control on been disrespected but I didn't care, I was just as strong as any alpha been my fathers daughter I have beta blood running through me and much more than that, so when a alpha try's commands myself I can over rule them all.

"This isn't over" Connor says before slamming the door and going to god knows where I don't care.

"Mel go after mate" snow my wolf says.

"No, this doesn't changed anything"

"It changes everything Mel and deep down you know it"  god I hate when she  says things like that.

"No end of snow, he will not know it's me, we can never be mates with him I'm sorry snow but you wasn't there with me" I knew snow was sulking in my mind as she knew I was right, I also knew she feels my pain and heartache each and every day.

"Fine" she say before shutting me out.

"I'm sorry snow"
