All We Know Is Falling is Paramore's debut album, released on July 26, 2005. With little promotion and slow recognition, the album became a sleeper success after the release of , earning a gold certification from the RIAA.
The album's title and cover are both inspired by the departure of bassist Jeremy Davis shortly before the album's release. The title, an extension of the lyrics titling the first track All We Know, is representative of how the band will not be the same without Davis. Likewise, the shadow reflected on the red couch is meant to represent Davis leaving. Fortunately, shortly after his departure, the band asked Davis to rejoin the band and he did so gladly. He remained the only long-term member alongside Williams until his departure in 2015, ironically marking the debut's 10-year anniversary.
