So these are some apps I use and some I've heard recommended so yeah

Superimpose 9/10 ($1.99)
I really really like this app. I use this primarily for my edits but the downside is that it doesn't have a draw tool or as many filters like picsart. Still highly recommend though.

Picsart 9/10 (free)
Almost exactly like superimpose but doesn't has some of the tools superimpose does. It is great for beginners. It can handle most edits.

Phonto 10/10 (free)
Love this app so much. Best app for fonts. The app comes with a bunch of cool fonts and you download more for free from dafont.com.

VSCCO (free)
I don't personally use this app but I hear it talked highly about by others. It has a lot of filters to make your edits look cool.
