My problem is that... I have this habit of picking and biting my lips and making them bleed and then I suck my blood...
So.
I don't know what I should do to stop myself from picking and biting my lips.
I've tried to put a horrible flavoured lip balm on but I always end up throwing it the bin since the flavour is nasty.
I've had acrylic nails on which prevented me from picking my lips but then when I take my acrylics off, I'm backing to picking them and making them bleed.
So I need help.
I need advice.
I've just picked my lips and now they're bleeding. I'd show you but erm.. I don't think you'd want to see my lips since I've picked and bit them so much.
My lips do heal it's just as soon as they heal... I'm back to picking and biting.
