Part 15

-Next Day-

"Okay so.. what's the plan!" I say putting my feet on the table, in the meeting room we're all in.

"Well," Iruka, another police man along with Kakashi, pushed my legs off, "today is said to be filled with calls because of the date today."

"The date? What day is it today?" I asked.

"Its Halloween (Name)," Sasuke said.

"Ohh, I see. But then, what are we supposed to do? Cars really aren't in the streets because of trick or treaters, so what are we-"

"We have to stay on guard."

"What do you mean 'on guard'?" I asked.

"Meaning, we have to stay near neighborhoods, for safety purposes." Kakashi said.

"Ah, I see. So when do we-" I was interrupted once again.

"We're leaving right now. Go on your pairs."

"Yes sir." We all say as we leave into our cars

-Time skip & Sasuke's POV-

"Soo~ how are you?" (Name) asked.

"Meh. Could be better," I said.

"And why's that?"

"I don't know, I just feel unhappy sometimes."

"Unhappy? Sasuke are you depressed?" She said in a almost mocking tone.

"What- no! I just.. I don't know. I just feel lonely sometimes." I say looking out the window.

"Oh.. maybe you should get a pet!" She says, not quite understanding what I meant. "I mean like, I had a pet cat and a goldfish, I had to leave them behind with Deidara. I wonder how they're doing.."

"That's not what I mean (Name).."

"Oh? Then what is it that you mean?" She asks.

"Never mind."

"Oh no you don't. I hate when someone mentions something and then decides to say 'never mind'. Like, who do you think you are?"

"I just- I don't know."

"Sasuke, your really confusing at times." She says turning the car off, and getting out.

"Yea, I know." We then both sat on the front of the car, just looking at the kids going door to door, with smiles on their faces.

"Kids would be nice someday, you know?" She asks out of the blue.

"Y-yea. It's a nice thought."

"Yea I know. I just-" we then saw a kid fall near us, dropping all his candy.

"Hey, kid. You alright?" (Name) asked helping him up, picking up his candy.

"Y-yea. T-thank you.."

"No problem." She said smiling softly.

"Billy?! Billy! There you are! You ran too quickly and I lost track of you!" Some woman came running, "I was worried! Oh, hello police officers..!"

"Hello ma'am. And whom I'm assuming is Billy," (Name) said looking at the kid in front of us, "don't run from your mother. It's not safe, you could get lost. Or worse, you could get kidnapped. So be careful and stick to your mother alright?"

"Y-yes officer! I'm sorry!" The kid said with tears in his eyes.

"Hey! Your a big boy aren't you? How old are you?" (Name) asked.

"Seven.."

"Your a big boy then!"

"Y-yes I am.."

"Good! Big boys don't cry now don't they?" (Name) asked, wiping his tears.

"N-no! They don't!" He said wiping the rest of his tears, and then smiling.

"No they don't. You really are a big boy!" (Name) said smiling once again.

"Thank you for helping me officer..!"

"No problem. And call me (Name). You too ma'am."

"Now, what do you say for having her help you?" The mother asked Billy.

"Thank you (Name)!"

"Yep! No problem! Now run on, go get some more candy! But don't forget to brush your teeth alright? You don't want cavities, trust me."

"Sure thing!" He said holding his mothers hand.

"Thank you (Name)." The mother said, while walking away.

"That was kind of you." I said.

"I guess," She said rubbing the back of her head, smiling as she starts to blush.

"You know, you look really cute when you smile." I said looking at her.

"Ah.. your so sweet. You make me blush a lot, you know that?" She says looking down.

"(Name), can I tell you something.." I said gathering up my courage.

"Sure. What is it?"

I took a deep breath and was debating on whether or not to tell her. "(Name) I've know you since high school. And all jokes aside, I've really liked you since we met. You've always been so sweet and kind, and there's always been this warm feeling to being with you," I said remembering to when we were at the beach, when we were in high school. "Sure, you were a bit cold for the little time you were in college, but I still liked you. You were always so beautiful and you always stood out, in a good way, and you always caught my attention. And here we are again, together. I've really wanted to say this to you since, well, forever. But (Name).. I love you..!"

"Huh..?" She said tilting her said to the side, whilst blushing. "Y-you.."

"I-I don't need an answer now! I can wait.. I can't wait for as long as you need..!" I said turning around to go in the car, but she grabbed my arm, stopping me.

"Sasuke.. don't you remember what I told you?"

"About..?"

"I told you that.. well.. back in college I went to tell you about my feelings. I was gonna return your feelings.. I've also liked you since high school Sasuke.."

"You.. you too..?"

"Yea.. I love you too Sasuke..!" She said looking up and looking at me, blushing madly.

I didn't say anything, I just hugged her. I hugged her as hard as I could, and she did the same.

"(Name)!" I yelled.

"Huh?"

"Be my girlfriend!" Crap! I didn't ask.. I just told her to do it..!

"O-of course! I love you Sasuke..!"

"I love you too.." I said grabbing her, kissing her. I guess dreams do come true.

I got to be happy with (Name), something I've wished for, for the longest time.

Okay so I have a question.. should I continue it, or should I just stop it there. Stoping if there would be good because both reader and Sasuke finally got to be together after everything they went through. But at the same time, if you guys want me to add more, maybe a time skip to when they're older or something I'd do it. But also, if you do want me to add more, comment what you'd want me to add. Either it's if they have kids, what happens after they both confessed to each other, or just what their life looks like together in their future. Basically anything you want to know or read about it.
