A couple days later at night time Mia was walking downstairs into the kitchen she couldn't sleep so she was gonna drink some warm milk to make her tired
"Oh Mia what are you still doing up?" Ukyo asked turning around having heard her quiet footsteps
"I can't sleep" Mia whispered to him with a yawn
"Why are you up?" She asked him the same question he asked her
"I have to figure this out" Ukyo told her stressed out looking at some papers in front of him
"It's obvious your client didn't do it" Mia mumbled to him pouring herself some milk
"How do you know?" Ukyo asked wondering how she knew
"The woman is obviously framing this man, your client for the death of her husband when in fact this man was her lover and wouldn't kill her husband when she asked him to so she did it herself and decided to blame her lover" Mia told him warming her milk up smiling when she felt how warm her cup is knowing she would be tired here soon
"That's exactly what I had thought" Ukyo mumbled amazed at how she practically had read his mind
"I will say she did a wonderful job at lying but the evidence points to her" Mia concluded with a yawn as she drank her milk
"How do you know all this?" He asked her almost suspicious
"I have my ways plus it's a very public case I was interested in it so I did my research" she told him with a smile and wink

Ukyo blushed as he started to look at her in a new light, a light where she wasn't a child but instead a young woman so he now noticed she was wearing a pretty sheer white nightgown
"Are you alright Ukyo?" Mia asked him worried about how red his face was so she put her hand on his forehead
He took one look at her pink lips trying not to blush at how beautiful she was

Mia was sleeping not hearing Kaname knock at her door to wake up he walked in almost laughing wondering why she didn't lock her door considering she lives in a house full of men
