Hey friends! That first contest was kinda a flop, but thanks to those of you who entered. The art was amazing! This contest will be better. The theme is... character design!
Your job for this contest is to design a character using one or more of the following criteria:
Crazy, Nocturnal, Rainbow, Todler
Your entry must display at least one of those characteristics! Try to be as creative and original as possible. Stray away from clichés. The character can range from human, to animal, even to a talking broom if you want! Use this contest to let your creativity soar!

-Must be colored
-Background is optional
