Chapter 6: Introductions

Harriet's Pov,

"So you must be Assemble" A thick Cheshire accent spoke

Nila swallowed the piece of hot dog she had recently been chewing on and her eyes widened

Louise stood up and opened her mouth to yell out

"No no no" One of the other boys stepped forward gesturing with his hands "There's no need to call security"

"And why not?" Louise snapped, trying to keep it together.

Because to be honest when 5 random guys walk into your dressing room, dressed up in weird disguises, you can't help but feel a little bit freaked out and maybe even a little alarmed.

"Because"

And as if on queue, like they had planned this from the start; each of the 5 boys took off their hats and disguises.

The girls and I exchanged glances…

An awkward silence filled the air as the boys waited for us to respond

"Why aren’t they screaming?" The one with the quiff whispered to the blonde boy next to him who just shrugged, obviously more confused than quiff boy.

"Hang on" Liana spoke standing up from her seat and grabbing her handbag "I have the number for this psychologist, Ive heard she's really go-"

"We don't need a Psych consult" The boy with the curls said, our eyes locking for a moment before he returned his gaze to the rest of the party.

"Don't you know who we are?" The one who seemed the most mature spoke up

We gave them a 'obviously not' look as another silence whirled around us

"Wow, that’s a first" Stripe boy mumbled

"I am so confused" Nila said shaking her head

"No, seriously ive heard this lady is really good her names Dr Marsh-"

"We don't need a psychologist" The one wearing stripes assured

"Then who are you? And what are you doing In our dressing room?" I asked

They all took a deep breath "We're One Direction" They all announced in unison

We each wore the same confused expression that we had been wearing since the moment these boys walked through the door.

Suddenly something clicked

"Wait.." I said looking over the 5 boys and pointing my finger "Your One Direction?"

They all nodded their heads

"Harriet, do you know them?" Zayna asked

"Don't you remember?" I asked turning to her and the rest of the girls "Everyone has been comparing them to us"

Silence.

"We googled them remember? They are the same age as us, our names are similar, we even dress the same-"

"Holy mother of God!" Liana gasped jumping to her feet

"Dude…" Zayna said quietly to no one in particular, as her brain began to tick

The boys wore an amused expression on their faces as they watched our reactions

A smirk formed on the curly guys mouth. His eyes met mine and the smirk widened. I felt my cheeks flush and I quickly looked back at the girls.

The mature looking one stepped forward "I think it's time we introduced ourselves properly"

"I'm Liam" He spoke pointing to himself

"This is Zayn" He pointed to the boy with the quiff and I watched as Zayna's eyes widened

"Niall" He pointed to the blonde boy and Nila's cheek redened as he sent a smile her way

"Louis" The one in the stripes was introduced as

"And Harry"

My eyes darted over to the one with the curls and he gave a slight wave and a cheeky smile.

"And we are One Direction" He smiled, gesturing with his hands

"Harriet" Liana spoke up pointing in my direction

"Nila" She gestured over to Nila who was still clutching her now cold hot dog

"Zayna"

"Louise" She pointed over to Louise

"And im Liana" She said pointing to herself, just like Liam had a few moments ago

"And we're Assemble"
