Now thomas is driving home, suddenly his oil starts leaking and his engine shuts off.....
Thomas has passed out, a green train drives towards him.
- HEY, ARE YOU OKAY?! the train yells.
Thomas is still passed out.
The train calls the ambulance train and they escort Thomas to the hospital.
