It has been a very long time since I was last in Wattpad. Back then, I was called DanyFaith and this book was called Love Is Blind. My stories were much more juvenile back then and I knew it.
So imagine my surprise when the book picked up a few fans. A definite shock for a preteen who just wanted to vent out her angsty emo self through a cheesy romance/horror book that was more rom-com than it was thriller. Well, I should have known it would happen; fangirls are thirsty after all. It's a shame I had to delete my account back then.
Nowadays, my writing has improved quite a bit. I do a lot less editing in my private projects than I did when I was 12. My stories still have room for improvement, but they definitely have more substance to them now. Considering that, I decided to return to Wattpad with my newly found skills. To think that I would still enjoy writing this much after so many years.
Why tell you this, you short attention spanned viewer? Why give you a glance of where I've been and why I am here again? It's because I know that the very few of you who can appreciate an author enough to read their notes will take notice to this. I want to give out a special message to those who care, because they deserve it for giving me and any author an ear to hear.
Thank you. No book would exist without its reader. Because of you, we are given the chance to create people, situations and worlds through the form of our words. In return, we make you laugh, cry, scream and wonder why your favourite character died. We entertain and are happy to please.
This is the message I never got to give my readers when I was 12. I left without a word or ending to the book. It was unfair and I know that now. For this reason, I came back to give the book a conclusive ending, as well as the plot-substance it deserves. With this remake, I hope to have proof of my improvement so that I can finally be at peace with my unfinished story.
So yes, this is a passion project completely created for my own reasons. I invite anyone who stumbles upon this book to enjoy my attempt to make you fall in love with a cold-blooded serial killer, or so he is usually portrayed.
Keep in mind that I left the Creepypasta community when I left Wattpad. Horror has never been one of my strong suits and the information I'm using for reference is from memory of back then. If there is canon (or even fanon) information that I have no knowledge of, then I apologize in advance.
