Amy sat brushing the tangled out of her thirteen year old son's hair.

She sighed and sat the brush down on his bed.

"Jack think it's time to just get a haircut."  She said.

"No I don't wanna." He said as he brushed his hand threw his shoulder length dark blond hair.

"Well then your going to have to take care of it, you're old enough to do that now." She said as he picked the brush back up to finish his hair.

Suddenly there was a knock on his bedroom door.

"Hey babe, I had an emergency call. I'm going to go to work. I not sure if I'll be home for dinner." Josh said.

"Okay that's fine . I was just going to get a pizza for tonight." She said.

"K see you after work" he said and then kissed her goodbye "love you."

He then walked over to jack"love you buddy be good for your mother"

"I will dad"he said as his dad was walking out of the room.

"You guys are old ." Jack said.

"No I'm not. Just was till you get married when your older." She said .

"I'm not going to get married."

"That's what they all say.she said finishing up his hair.

"Ow" he screamed. "That hurt"

"Sorry im done though."

"Finally gosh." He said.

"Your welcome." She said.

"What time is evie coming over?"

"She should be soon."

Evelyn walked into her mother's house.

"Mom i'm home." She yelled .

"Evie. Baby i missed you." Amy said immediately embracing her daughter.

"Evie!!" Said jack who ran into see her. "I missed you"

"I missed you both of you guys. So whats for dinner?"

"Moms geting pizza evie."

"Yum can't wait" she said.
