Respect your body.
The bible says in
1 Corinthians 6:18-20
18Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a man can commit is outside his body, but he who sins sexually sins against his own body. 19Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body
You're still young. There's a lot of good things you can do outside that room , that place. There's a lot of things you can do to distract yourself than doing what you should not do.
You can spend time with your love ones. You can enjoy your day. Eat with your peers. Rather than adding sins upon sins.
It might be hard for you to overcome it. Specifically if its become an addiction. Don't be so hard with yourself. Take your time and heal.
Your still young. Pleasure and sex is more satisfying and enjoyable if done in a well committed marriage.
Everything have its own time. In the right time with the right person you will truly enjoy it. Because it's done with LOVE not with LUST.
Its not yet the end. We still have the chance to CHANGE for THE BETTER .
