Ok so I will go through this step by step XD
•Step one shape• Now you might not know this but females and males have different shape eyes.. I don't know how to describe it I guess females have more sharp open eyes and males have more loose kinda droopy eyes.. So depending on the persons your drawing make sure to get the right shape eg..

My examples are not that great but you get the idea..
•step two eye balls and eye lids• Now for eye balls some people have really round eyeballs however some people have more a circular square shape.. Eg:

There are some coloured examples that went so bad just ignore them. !! Now on I eye lids, some people can have droopy, open, baggy eyelids ect.. So depending on your person or thing your drawing remember to get the right eyelid...eg;
