~Cameron Imagine~ The Great Catsby~

*Cameron's PoV*

Today was Y/N's birthday and I had to go and pick up her present from Emma's house, I'm glad she agreed to help, she really was like a real sister to me, like all the Shameless cast. We really are one big family.

I woke up before Y/N and made her breakfast, walking in the room she was still sound asleep. I set her food on the side table and wrote a small note before kissing her head and going to Emma's house to pickup one of the many gifts I had prepared for her.

*Y/N PoV*

My eyes fluttered open and the first thing I did was reach over to snuggle with Cam, only to find he wasn't there. I frowned my brows and looked at my bed side table and saw my favourite, chopped fruit and vanilla yogurt with a glass of juice. A note was propped up against the bowl, I grabbed the note as well as the bowl and started eating, the note read,

'Don't worry baby, I'll be back real soon, just gotta pick up your first surprise. I'll see you soon to give you your birthday kisses princess, don't you worry,
                            love cam x' 

I smiled at the note and continued to eat, once I was finished I washed the bowl then went to shower and get ready for my day. 

I decided to wear a cropped vintage Beatles top ,a long monochrome skirt, white flats with a red hat and bag for a pop of colour

"Babe!?" I heard being called from the front door. I came running out of the bedroom and saw Cam holding a big brown box with holes all around it, with a big red bow on top. "Whats all this?" I asked confused, Cam told me to sit down on the sofa, so we both did. "Happy birthday Y/N, this is only surprise one of quite a few more" he spoke as he gave me the big box, I heard soft purrs coming from inside. I pulled off the bow and opened the box.

When my eyes landed on the black and grey ball of fluff sleeping soundly, my eyes widened and I reached into the box and gently pulled out the small kitty, "Hey sleepy" I cooed as I focused on the cute little animal in my hands, it looked back at me with big green eyes curiously as I started to cradle it like a baby. "Is it a boy or a girl?" I asked looking up at Cam who was admiring the scene in front of him, "boy... what ya gunna name him?" He asked.

One name popped into my head, but I couldn't just have it be a generic name it had to have a pun incorporated somehow. My mind fluttered to my favourite book and movie.... The Great Gatsby. "Imma call him Catsby!" I said causing Cam to laugh and shake his head, "Catsby it is".

*Cameron PoV*

Catsby.... classic Y/N.

Its been a few hours and Y/N was snuggled up to me and had Catsby in her arms watching TV. I kissed her forehead "We gunna go see your mum and dad? Ya know... since its your birthday princess" I asked and she nodded. She put the kitten down and and we both got up, I grabbed my car keys as she kissed Catsby goodbye and we headed to her parents house.
