Long Time No See

Three Year Later

"Today I will be announcing the breaking news of....."  The reporter chatted excitedly in the giant flat screen tv on a building, however no one bothered to pay attention at all to the news. Everyone was minding their own business, buried in their worlds, no one seemed to notice her walking among them in the crowds. Hands buried deep inside her dark hoodie pockets, the hood covering most of her face. After all, she wasn't really anyone anymore in this society. She was just an outcast that has been rejected, an outcast who had disappeared from everyone's worlds.

Accidentally, she lost her step and fell backwards, earning a few shouts telling her to watch where she's landing and also few disappointing sighs followed by head shakes as they all walked past her. No one bothered to help her up, nor sparing her another glance.
So there she laid, in the middle of a crowded town, not bothering to make the effort of getting up.
She wondered how her life turned out like this, when she used to be a international famous idol, who was adored and admired by many. Just because of that incident, if it wasn't because of it, she wouldn't be here right now. Pitifully laying on the streets.

Before she knew what was happening, pricks of tears began to form at her inner corners, slowly gliding down onto her eyelashes, then gradually sliding down her cheeks. How much she wished everything would just end, she wished that fate would stop playing these silly games with her.

*HONK* *HONK* *HOONNKKK*
A blinding white light neared, not slowing down even a bit, coming closer and closer to the girl. A smile graced on her lips, and her eyes fluttered shut. Finally death has came to take her away from this cruel world.

Bang.

A heart wrenching sound of someone's body landing onto the floor followed by the surprise gasps and the sound of people hurriedly calling the ambulance showed that people actually cares. Everyone cares when it's too late.
Soon the sound of police cars and ambulance filled the whole street. People's murmurs filled the deadly silent scene with some half hearted pitiful words that made the girl who was currently lying in a bloodbath even more confused. Why wasn't she dead yet? Even though her body's numb, her heavy lids won't even bother to open, her limbs were as heavy as led. She knew clearly that she was conscious.

Soon she felt herself being rushed onto the ambulance, and then after a while she ended up on a soft bed. Silence filled the air. For a moment or two, she really did believe that she was dead.

"(Name) WHERE IS SHE?!" A familiar yell echoed through the halls. Then the door was slammed open, footsteps neared before stopping before her. "(Name)...." the familiar voice that she used to love so much, suddenly she felt something wet trickling down her cheeks. Memories started rushing through her. All of those memories that she had spent with him came right back, at this moment she's not sure anymore who's tears it was running down her cheeks.

"(Name)...." Another familiar voice neared. "Oh my god...." he whispered under his breath before rushing over to the bed. "(Name)" someone grabbed her hand and squeezed it tightly between their slightly rough but warm ones, in hope to warm her deadly cold ones up. However no matter how hard he tried, her hands stayed the same bitter cold.
Another wave of memories rushed through her, it was like something triggered at the back of her mind since now all of her head was filled with images that she once tried to lock away.

More tears trickled down her cheeks.

Finally the last voice came rushing near "(Name)!!!Please don't go..." The sound of familiar footsteps neared before collapsing at the bed.

(CHANGE OF POV)

Now all three of them were by your side, sobbing uncontrollably with their hands never letting go of yours for once.

What happened to the cold stares, harsh words, and the bitter smiles that they gave you a three years ago?

Why did they care when it's too late?

"Please... don't leave us"

Liar

That wasn't what you said a three years ago.

"Go, you're nothing but a burden to us anyways"

"Please I can't l-live without you..."

That's funny

What happened to the "You're such a nuisance, a disgrace to society. I hope you disappear someday and never appear in front of me again"  that you spat at me three years ago?

"Please come back...I-"

Lies, all lies

Even knowing these lies, tears still formed and dripped down one by one. Maybe you still love them after all, but even if you did it was too late.

"Please move, we need to perform the surgery" you felt yourself being pushed away, the distance growing from you and them.

Goodbye

"QUICKLY THE PATIENT'S BLOOD LEVEL IS DECREASING AT A HIGH SPEED"

"GRAB ALL OF THE BLOOD PACKS THAT WE HAVE IN STORE"

"HURRY!!!"

*beeeeeeeep*

The whole room fell silent as the surgeon dropped his tool that he was holding.

"She...died"

"OMG WHY IS THIS MOVIE SO SAD" Sobbing uncontrollably, you grabbed another box of tissues and bawled your eyes out, passing some of them to the boys who were also close to tearing up.

"Y/N! WHAT IF YOU ALSO DIE?! DON'T LEAVE MEE" Roy cried, clinging onto your arms as you both sobbed together.

"Y-yah! Are you cursing me to die?" You shook your head, still hiccuping from your tears and patted Roy on the head.

"I'll never leave you guys" You assured the boys who all ended up clinging onto you, especially Jackson who just engulfed you into a bear hug.

"We'll never leave you either, am I right?" Karry turned towards the boys who all nodded in approval.

"It's a promise then?" You sticked out your pinky, waiting for them to seal the deal.

"Promise" Our thumbs touched and our promise was sealed.
