Chapter 16: The Truth

Hinata's P.O.V

Today's the day when me and Jeon go out for our little date

I woke up early this morning, so excited for our date. I walked downstairs to cook some breakfast for me and Boruto while Boruto is still asleep. While I was cooking ramen I thought about what am I going to wear for our date.

I then started to panic, but then I thought about Boruto

What about Boruto? I can't just leave him here all alone...... I thought to myself

Hmm... I guess I have to take him with us then... I finally decided what to do

Once I finished cooking breakfast, I then began to head towards Boruto's room to wake him up

Once I arrived there, I saw Boruto sleeping on the bed peacefully. I slowly walked towards him

I sat at the edge of the bed near him

"Boruto.... Boruto.... Wake up... " I gently pushes his body to wake him up

"Ugh.... Five more minutes...." Boruto groaned

I then stops pushing his body. I sat quietly thinking of a way to wake up Boruto without having him all pissed.

I put a mischievous grin when J finally figured out what to do to wake up Boruto

I then gently leaned towards him and whispers through his ear

"I cooked RAMEN..... " I softly whispered but I made my voice a little bit loud when I said the word 'ramen'

He then quickly sat up from his bed wide awake

"I'm awake!!" he shouted as he sat up from his bed

I giggled a bit at his father-like demeanor

Now that I remember it, I remembered that I have a date with Naruto 10:00 in the morning today

I quickly looked at the clock at Boruto's room

It's already 9:30 in the morning. Oh crap!!..... Jeon's gonna come any minute now

I quickly head towards me and Naruto's bedroom. I head towards the bathroom to take a quick shower

"Eat breakfast already, Boruto!! It's in the table!!" I shouted from me and Naruto's bedroom

After I cleaned myself, I walked out of the bathroom and to my closet. I looked for a cute and simple dress that I could wear for our date.

After looking for about 20 minutes a finally found the perfect dress. It's a lavender colored dress. It has a white belt in the waist at the edge of the dress, there are beautiful lavender flowers attached to it.

"Mommy!! Uncle Jeon is here!! " Boruto shouted from downstairs

"Okay!! I'll be down in a minute!!" I shouted back

I then hurried and put on my white converse

I then rushed downstairs to meet Jeon

Once I arrived downstairs I saw Jeon there sitting at the couch. He was wearing a black and orange striped shirt. He's wearing a Dark Blue Jeans. He's also wearing a black airmax

"Good morning, Hinata" he greeted me

"Good morning Jeon-kun" I greeted back

Time Skip
-At the Park-

Me and Jeon decided to go to the park so that Boruto can play a bit

Me and Jeon both sat at the swings.
